Processing times

Each piece we create takes time. We don't rush. Orders are processed within five to seven business days before they leave our workshop. During peak seasons, allow up to ten business days. We work carefully on every item, and that care cannot be hurried.

Shipping methods

We ship through established carriers that handle our work with respect. Standard shipping reaches most destinations within seven to fourteen business days. Expedited options are available for those who cannot wait. Each package is prepared as if it were our own, wrapped securely so nothing arrives damaged.

Delivery estimates

Once your order ships, tracking information arrives in your inbox. Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected. Domestic orders typically arrive within two weeks. International shipments may take three to four weeks. Weather and customs can add days. We cannot control these things, but we account for them in our estimates.

International orders

We ship to many countries. International customers pay shipping costs based on weight and destination. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We mark all packages accurately so there are no surprises at customs. Some countries have restrictions on certain materials. Contact us before ordering if you're unsure about your location.

Order tracking

Tracking numbers are provided with every shipment. You can monitor your package's journey from our workshop to your door. Updates come automatically from the carrier. If tracking shows no movement for several days, let us know. We investigate delays and work to resolve them.

Lost or damaged shipments

Rarely, packages go missing or arrive broken. We stand behind our work. If your shipment is lost, we file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once resolved. If something arrives damaged, photograph it and contact us immediately. We'll make it right. Damage claims must be reported within fourteen days of delivery.
